An Easter Sunday service at the top of the world will begin at 8:15 a.m. at the Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort. Bill Walters will lead the service and Bert Vanderwall will provide the music.

Sunrise services also will be offered by churches in Union and Wallowa counties.

Harvester’s Nazarene Church, Easter Sunday, a dramatic resurrection musical, "The Power of His Love," will be performed at 10:45 a.m. at the church and at 4 p.m. at Wildflower Lodge. Easter dinner in the fellowship hall will follow the first performance.

Grace Bible Church, Easter brunch 9 a.m.; worship service 10 a.m. at the Elgin Community Center.

Elgin Baptist Church, 800 N. 13th Ave., Easter Sunday resurrection celebration, 10:30 a.m., expanded service of music and Scripture reading. There is no Sunday school.
