The Eastern Oregon Mountaineers dominated their outdoor track invitational Saturday.

Carri Jones won the women’s 800-meter run, and Jessyca Barker took the 1,500.

The men got first place finishes from Ian Schroeder in the 800; Dave Terry in the 1,500; Damien Johnson in the 400 hurdles and long jump; and Dirk Bortz in the discus. The men’s 4 x 400 relay was also first. Pole vaulter Sean Trimble tied for first.

Next up for the Mountaineer track team is the University of Oregon Multi-Event in Eugene Thursday. The Multi-Event will continue through Friday along with the Invitational in Eugene.
