TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

Reference is made to that certain trust deed made by Dever E. Ogden and Adarene L. Ogden, husband and wife, as grantor, to Eastern Oregon Title, Inc., as trustee, in favor of mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely s nominee for Mann Financial inc. dba Allied Mortgage Services, as beneficiary, dated 05/23/03, recorded 05/27/03, in the mortgage records of Union County, Oregon, as 20033438 and subsequently assigned to CitiMortgage, Inc. by Assignment, covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: Lot Twenty-Seven (27) of Sunset Meadows Subdivision, in the City of La Grande, Union County, Oregon, according to the recorded Plat of said Subdivision. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1702 CLAIRE STREET, LA GRANDE, OR 97850. Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the real property to satisfy the obligations secured by the trust deed and a notice of default has been recorded pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3); the default for which the foreclosure is made is grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments of $730.75 beginning 04/01/07; plus late charges of $22.61 each month beginning 04/15/07; plus prior accrued late charges of $0.00; plus advances of $28.50; together with title expense, costs, trustee’s fees and attorney’s fees incurred herein by reason of said default; any further sums advanced by the beneficiary for the protection of the above described real property and its interest therein; and prepayment penalties/premiums, if applicable. Northeast Oregon Housing Authority has revised the Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It will be available October 4, 2007 for review at the Housing Authority’s office, at 2608 May Lane, La Grande, Oregon. The Housing Authority’s hours of operation ar 8:00 A.M. to 3 P.M. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, November 26, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. Everyone is invited.

Copies of the Agency Plan will also be available at the following offices: Union County Court, Baker County Court, Grant County Court, Wallowa County Court, and City Halls in Dayville, Mt. Vernon, Huntington, Union, Elgin, and Haines. Written comments will be accepted at Northeast Oregon Housing Authority office and discussed at the Public Hearing on the above date.
