T-10635 filed by Darren Murchison, 68430 Hulick Lane, Cove, Oregon 97824 proposes an additional point of diversion and change in place of use under Certificate 40473. The right allows the use of 0.80 cubic foot per second (priority dare August 11, 1965) from the Grande Ronde River in Sec. 14, T 2 S, R 39 E, W.M. for irrigation within Sec 14. The applicant proposes an additional point of diversion upstream within Sec. 13, T 2 S, R 39 E, WM. The applicant proposes to change the place of use of63.8 acres to within Sec. 13. The Water Resources Department has concluded that the proposed transfer appears to be consistent with the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
