La Grande Police Department
Arrested: Kyle Own Kahut, 18, unknown address, was arrested on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear on an original charge of DUII.
Arrested: Tyson James Burningham, 33, Baker City, was arrested while lodged in the Union County Jail on a Baker County warrant charging contempt of court with original charges of third-degree theft and driving while suspended.
Arrested: Harley William Messersmith, 35, transient, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and third-degree theft.

The La Grande Fire Department and Ambulance responded to five calls for medical service Monday and 11 calls for medical service Tuesday.
