STOP B2H Coalition meeting set for Thursday

LA GRANDE — The STOP B2H Coalition is sponsoring a workshop at 6:30 p.m. June 6 in the Community Room at Cook Memorial Library in La Grande. Subjects which may be discussed include the Modelaire/Hawthorne neighborhood (by Grande Ronde Hospital) which would be one of the major B2H construction access points in Union County. Morgan Lake, Glass Hill, Bushnell and Foothill Roads would also be primary access points which raise concerns about intensive construction traffic and equipment storage/staging areas over an extended period throughout the La Grande and North Power areas.
