Arrested: Donna Michelle Freeman, 32, a transient, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer, assault on a public safety officer, third-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Arrested; Stephanie Jean Kuperus, 39, unknown address, was cited on a Baker County warrant charging contempt of court. The warrant was connected to an original charge of negotiating a bad check, four counts.

Arrested: Frederick William Pershing, 62, La Grande, was arrested on charges of fourth-degree assault-domestic and interfering with making a report. Pershing was also arrested on a parole and probation detainer.

Arrested: Lisa Birkel, 59, unknown address, was arrested on a Wasco County parole and probation detainer.

Arrested; Emily Ann Carr, 36, Elgin, was arrested on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear in court. The warrant was connected to an original charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Arrested: Kyle Ryan Bork, 19, Baker City, was arrested on charges of first-degree burglary; first-degree theft; and second-degree theft, four counts.

Accident: Nobody was injured in a traffic accident on Peach Road and Gekeler Lane Monday. The accident was reported at 8:05 a.m.

Accident: Nobody was injured in a traffic accident on Island Avenue in Island City on Tuesday. The accident was reported at 10:58 a.m.
