Carol L. Buckley, 49, of Elgin, died March 30 at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. A graveside service will be held April 6 at 4:30 p.m. at the Summerville Cemetery. Attendees must wear a mask and practice social distancing to meet COVID-19 guidelines.
