Cecil J. Puckett, 89, of Cove, died Oct. 8, 2021, at Grande Ronde Hospital. A viewing will be held Oct. 15 from 5-7 p.m. at Loveland Funeral Chapel, La Grande. On Oct. 16, a graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. at the Cove Cemetery. Casual dress is preferred by the family. Arrangements are by Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
