Cindy Shipp, 67, of Wallowa County, died Oct. 30, 2021. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 20 at Bollman Funeral Home, Enterprise, followed by a celebration of her life at 4 p.m. at Hurricane Creek Grange, Joseph.
