Kendal Neustel, 95, of La Grande, died May 26, 2022, at his home. A service will be held June 3 at 11 a.m. at the Island City Cemetery. Arrangements are by Daniels-Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center, La Grande.
