Otto A. Karrels, 75, of La Grande, died June 11, 2022, at his residence. A viewing will be held June 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Loveland Funeral Chapel, La Grande. A funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. June 17 at the Island City Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
