Thomas E. Kohr, 86, of La Grande, died July 4, 2022, at a local care facility. A viewing will be held from 6-7 p.m. July 14 at Loveland Funeral Chapel, La Grande. A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. July 15 at the La Grande Nazarene Church. The family prefers casual dress. Arrangements are by Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
