Grace J. Elliott, 40, of Richland, Washington, and formerly of La Grande, died Sept. 25, 2022, at her residence. A funeral will be held Saturday, Oct. 8, at 10 a.m. at Loveland Funeral Chapel, La Grande. Casual dress is preferred by the family.
