Ruby M. Bare, 86, formerly of Union, died Nov. 6, 2022, at a care facility in Portland. A funeral service will be held Nov. 15, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the La Grande First Christian Church. Casual dress is preferred by the family. Arrangements are by Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
