James Wheeler, 82, of La Grande, died Nov. 4, 2022, at his home. A celebration of his life will be held Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. at the La Grande American Legion. Arrangements are by Tami’s Pine Valley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Halfway.
