Kenneth Duane Henry, 81, formerly of Elgin, died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, in St. George, Utah, of natural causes. A funeral service will be held Jan. 14 at 9 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Chapel in John Day. A graveside service will be held at the Elgin Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. the same day.
