Ursula Graffunder, 86, of Union, died Feb. 20, 2023, at her residence. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, April 15, at 1 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Cove. Arrangements are under the direction of Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
