In conjunction with National Hospital Week, Grande Ronde Hospital and Clinics (GRH) held Employee Appreciation Day to coincide with the national celebration. Our own GRH Week celebration includes a special employee appreciation lunch set up picnic style outside. Members of our Board of Trustees and Administrative team serve lunch on site, while others deliver lunches to our clinics off campus.

GRH applauds the efforts of more than 750 individuals who work here; from those who provide care and nourishment for our patients to those who keep our facility operational and clean. Our employees are at the core of all we do in our community, so we honor them for the hard work they have done all year long.

It has been said that a hospital is more than a place where people go to heal. Hospitals should also be an important member of the community to foster health and represent hope. From providing treatment and comfort to the sick, to welcoming new life into the world, hospitals are central to a healthy and optimistic community. We take those words to heart. So we honor our GRH family and thank them, because we know that your best care begins with them.
