Roger D. Follett, 82, formerly of Elgin, died Saturday, July 29, 2023, in McMinnville. A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Pine Grove on Follett Road, commonly known as the Follett Cemetery, on the family ranch near Elgin. A reception will follow at the Elgin Community Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Daniels-Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center, La Grande.
