Katrina M. Heine, 44, of Cove, died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2023, at Grande Ronde Hospital. A celebration of her life will be held Sept. 10 at 1 p.m. at the La Grande Country Club. An obituary will be published at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
