The top-ranked Eastern Oregon volleyball team completed the weekend sweep with a three-set dismantling of No. 19 Southern Oregon 25-18, 25-20, 25-16 Saturday night in Quinn Coliseum.

Madison Morgan led EOU with eight kills and Adrienne Washington added four aces. Defensively, the Mountaineers had 18 blocks to control action at the net. 

The Raiders were led by Marin Mackey’s 11 kills.

The Mountaineers are now 9-0 on the season and 2-0 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. Eastern Oregon is back home Sept. 8 to host Multnomah at 7 p.m. Southern Oregon fell to 9-2 and 1-1.
