LA GRANDE — The visiting Ontario boys soccer team and the home field La Grande boys played to a 2-all tie on Tuesday, Sept. 26, in 4A Greater Oregon League action in La Grande.

The game marks the second time this season the La Grande boys have played to a tie as the squad opened the season with a 3-all match against Fruitland, Idaho.

La Grande (2-5-2 overall, 1-0-1 4A Greater Oregon League) jumps back to non-league play on Sept. 30 with a trip to Payette, Idaho, to meet up with the Pirates. An Aug. 26 matchup between these same two teams resulted in a 2-1 victory by the Pirates.
