Jeffrey R. Wise, 67, of Union, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at his residence. A viewing will be held Nov. 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Loveland Funeral Chapel, La Grande. A funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Nov. 17 at the Union Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Arrangements are under the direction of Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
