PENDLETON — The La Grande basketball teams will meet teams from both Washington and Oregon, taking part in the Red Lion Invitational starting Friday, Dec. 1, in Pendleton.

For varsity, the Tiger girls start the action on Dec. 1 with a game against Clarkston, Washington, at 3:30 p.m. on Warburg Court at Pendleton High School. The boys also play Clarkston on the same court with their game starting at 4:30 p.m.

The girls meet up with 4A St. Helens with tipoff scheduled for 11 a.m. Dec. 2. The Tiger boys start their game against St. Helens at 12:30 p.m. with both games taking place on the Warburg Court.

All games for the La Grande junior varsity teams will be played at Gold Gym in Pendleton. The JV boys play first on Dec. 1 against Clarkston starting a 3 p.m. while the girls also meet Clarkston starting at 4:30 p.m.

On Dec. 2, the boys meet St. Helens at 11 a.m. with the girls starting their game at 12:30 p.m. also facing St. Helens.
