ENTERPRISE — The annual Holiday Soup and Pie Luncheon — a community tradition sponsored by the Enterprise Community Congregational Church for over 40 years — will feature the Wallowa Valley Chorale performing a selection of Christmas carols on Thursday, Dec. 7.

The lunch includes homemade clam chowder and chicken noodle soup, homemade pies, rolls, coffee or tea, and a chance to join neighbors and friends for some holiday cheer and fellowship. Lunch is open from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with the Chorale’s performance starting at noon. The cost is $10 per person.

The meal and the concert will take place upstairs; those with mobility issues can enjoy lunch on the main level of the church.

“We’re excited to welcome the community,” said Pastor John Chamberlain, who began his ministry in Enterprise in May. “It’s a special time of year, and a great way to celebrate the season.”
