LA GRANDE — Lunch is served at the Union County Senior Center, 1504 N. Albany St., La Grande, on weekdays. The dine-in meals are open to the public and are served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The suggested donation is $5 for those age 60 and older, $8 for all others.

Live music and dancing often precede the meal on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning around 10:45 a.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 5: taco salad, fresh fruit, brownies.

Wednesday, Dec. 6: chicken Alfredo fettuccine, peas, green salad, spice cake.

Thursday, Dec. 7: ravioli, mixed vegetables, spinach salad, garlic bread.

Friday, Dec. 8: sweet and sour meatballs over egg noodles, broccoli, fresh fruit, cookies.

Monday, Dec. 11: pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, spinach salad, baked apples.

Tuesday, Dec. 12: BBQ chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, tomato-cucumber salad, cookies.
