“Ridgeview played great and were a tough, physical team and shot a high percentage from the field,” La Grande head coach Shawn Brooks said. “Our defense wasn’t great, allowing them to drive to get easy layups or kick out to their shooters who were deadly beyond the 3-point arc.”
Brooks did see positive in the game as Aaron Weaver was a high note for the Tigers.
“Aaron played a great game for us and has grown a lot in a short amount of time and still has plenty potential,” Brooks said. “He played big in the post, scoring with nice moves and led the team in rebounds.”
