Francis “Don” Baxter, 79, of Union, died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024, at his residence. A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Jan. 13 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Union. Arrangements are with Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
