Norma Jean Elmer, 98, of Cove, died Jan. 12, 2024, at her residence. A funeral will be held Saturday, Jan. 27, at 10 a.m. at the Island City Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Arrangements are with Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
