Marcia E. Hartley, 82, of Elgin, died April 24, 2024, at a local care facility. A viewing will be held Sunday, May 5, from 1-1:45 p.m. followed by a service at 2 p.m. at Loveland Funeral Chapel, La Grande. On Monday, May 6, a graveside service will begin at 10 a.m. at Grandview Cemetery, La Grande. Casual dress is preferred by the family. Arrangements are with Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory.
