Brent Clapp is our candidate for Union County Commissioner and here’s why:

1. Brent has true leadership skills and demonstrates these skills in all groups and organizations to which he belongs, such as La Grande Main Street and La Grande Rotary.

2. He is an intelligent and dynamic businessman and knows the economics and commerce of Union County.

3. He is a communicator and a connector. Through Brent’s business, Brent Clapp Media Services, he consistently demonstrates these essential traits by connecting with the various economic and governing groups, such as the medical communities, city councils, the educational communities, the business and agricultural communities, the legal communities and just about any other organization in our beautiful part of Eastern Oregon. Therefore, he really knows the main concerns of our county.

4. He understands the importance of keeping things local with as much local decision-making as possible; yet he will passionately and effectively fight for our interests in Salem, such as securing commercial air service in our valley.

5. Adding to this list of essential qualities is his great compassion for and commitment to Union County and its residents.
