THURSDAY, JUNE 6

12:39 p.m. La Grande police arrested Karim Mussa Conedera, 44, of La Grande, on a Union County failure to appear warrant.

6:50 p.m. La Grande police responded to La Grande Middle School for a disturbance and arrested two subjects. Police took Angela Marie Aldrich, 45, into custody for fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. Police arrested Dennis Alan Mawhinney, 43, for second-degree disorderly conduct.

FRIDAY, JUNE 7

8:14 a.m. La Grande police responded to a domestic disturbance on the 2500 block of H Avenue and arrested Zachary Lee Suitter, 45, for felon in possession of a firearm, menacing, and possession of a controlled substance-meth.

12:40 p.m. Union County sheriff deputies and La Grande police officers responded to a report from the Oregon State Police of a found missing vehicle and juvenile runaway on I-84. The juvenile was detained and a report taken.

12:45 p.m. La Grande police received a report of a trespass at Denny’s on Island Avenue. Officers responded and arrested Alexander William Dooley, 25, for trespass.

6:58 p.m. La Grande police responded to a report of a trespass on the 500 block of B Avenue. Joshua Christopher Rauli, 39, was arrested and lodged in the Union County Jail on a parole and probation detainer and for second-degree trespass.

SATURDAY, JUNE 8

12:06 p.m. La Grande police arrested Brazin Charles Wellington, 29, on an Oregon State Patrol Board warrant for parole violation.

SUNDAY, JUNE 9

10:55 a.m. La Grande police responded to a report of a disturbance on the 3200 block of Columbia Street. Officers arrested Ranie Renee Koller Hennings, 21, for second-degree disorderly conduct. Hennings was lodged in the Union County Jail.

4:59 p.m. A possible intoxicated driver on the 1700 block of Washington Avenue was reported to La Grande police. Officers responded and arrested Sarah Evalena Clark, 44, for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Clark was lodged in the Union County Jail.

7:11 p.m. La Grande police responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at The La Grande Inn and arrested Ryan Mitchell Kelty, 40, on a Umatilla County parole and probation detainer warrant.

10:23 p.m. La Grande police arrested Aristeo Rubioroque, 40, on a restraining order violation out of Umatilla County.

MONDAY, JUNE 10

10:13 a.m. The Union County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft at Walmart. A deputy responded and one juvenile was cited and trespassed.

2:18 p.m. La Grande police arrested Levi Westly Albert Fine, 30, on a Wallowa County probation violation warrant on charges of felon in possession of a weapon.

TUESDAY, JUNE 11

8:38 a.m. La Grande police arrested Michael Patrick Piggott, 26, at The La Grande Inn for first-degree theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a weapon and attempt to commit a crime.

9:53 a.m. La Grande police received a report of a burglary at a business on the 1400 block of Monroe Avenue. Officers responded and arrested Kristy Ann Fincher, 42, for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Fincher was lodged in the Union County Jail.

2:32 p.m. La Grande police received a report of menacing on I-84 and arrested Kenneth Michael Bevan, 24, for unlawful use of a weapon, reckless driving, menacing and pointing a firearm at another. Bevan was lodged in the Union County Jail.

7:45 p.m. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested Michael Allen Owen, 40, on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of interfering with a peace/parole and probation officer, failure to carry/present a driver’s license, failure to renew vehicle registration, operating a vehicle without driving privileges and failure to display registration plates.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12

9:24 a.m. La Grande police arrested Kristy Ann Fincher, 42, while lodged in the Union County Jail on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct.

1:16 p.m. La Grande police responded to a report of a trespass at Chevron/Jackson Food Stores and arrested Derek Ortega, 31, for first-degree trespass.

4:28 p.m. La Grande police arrested Ruben Mejia Alipio, 32, while lodged in the Union County Jail on a Baker County warrant for failure to appear on original charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, criminal driving while suspended or revoked and driving uninsured.

THURSDAY, JUNE 13

8:27 a.m. The Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a burglary on Second Street in North Powder and arrested Baily Renae Truscott, 21, for criminal trespass. At 1:13 p.m. during a field interrogation on Fourth Street in North Powder, Truscott was arrested by LGSO on two Baker County cite and release warrants with original charges of failure to appear on charges of third-degree theft.

1:35 p.m. La Grande police responded to a report of shoplifting at Safeway and arrested Taylor Rachelle McBride, 30, for second-degree theft.

8:34 p.m. La Grande police arrested Russell Raymond Kahut, 60, on two Union County warrants for failure to appear: the first on original charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and the second on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass.

FRIDAY, JUNE 14

7:09 a.m. Washington State Police in Marysville arrested Jose Alberto Jimenez Fuerte, 43, on a Union County felony warrant for probation violation with original charges of possession of a controlled substance.

4:13 p.m. La Grande police arrested James Edward Shelley, 55, on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of second-degree criminal trespass. Shelley was lodged in the Union County Jail.

5:13 p.m. The Union County Sheriff’s Office received a request to trespass an individual from the Flying J Travel Center outside of La Grande. A deputy responded and arrested Sidney Jason Rose, 46, on a Union County warrant for failure to appear with original charges of failing to perform the duties of a driver with property damage.

10 p.m. During a field interrogation at Island Avenue and Pine Street La Grande police arrested Skylar Hunter Bullard, 22, on a Union County warrant for failure to appear with original charges of first-degree criminal trespass. Bullard was lodged in the Union County Jail.

10:49 p.m. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ruben Kenneth Richard Shockman, 25, on Union County parole and probation detainer warrant.
