Parhez (Par) Sattar was born Dec. 17, 1970 and died July 1, 2024.

A memorial and celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at the Presbyterian Friendship Center, 1204 Spring Ave. in La Grande.
