William J. Schlichting, 72, of La Grande, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024 at his residence.

A rosary will be recited 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16 at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 1002 L Ave. in La Grande. The Mass of Christian burial will begin at 2:30 p.m. The family prefers casual dress.
