Orval “Orv” Eugene Goddard, 81, of La Grande, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, at his residence.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024 at the Eastern Oregon University Community Stadium, E Avenue in La Grande. A reception will follow at the 4-H Building at the Union County Fairgrounds, 3604 N. Second St. in La Grande. Casual dress is preferred.

Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory will be handling the arrangements.
