This move is aimed at meeting the growing demand for Arzeda’s stevia among consumer-packaged goods (CPG) companies, supporting market growth in North America and global expansion. With this expansion, Arzeda has the capacity to produce more than 250 metric tons (MT) of its ProSweet Reb M™ stevia, a 95%-purity sweetener, from genuine stevia leaf extract. This production capacity is equivalent to replacing 75,000 tons of sugar annually—or 18.75 billion servings—reducing excess sugar consumption.
