COVE — The Cove City Council  holds a public hearing at its meeting Tuesday, April 1, to discuss add-ons to the T-Mobile cell tower.

Councilors will receive a staff report on the project and hear testimony from the applicant. They will then take public comment from those in favor and those opposed on the issue before making a final decision.

The meeting starts at 7 p.m. at Cove City Hall, 504 Alder St., and the public hearing will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The council also continues discussing a community beautification program.

There is no new business on the agenda but there are reports from the working committee on land use chapters and the city recorder, public works director and mayor, Sherry Haeger. The youth councilor will also provide a report.
