Three EO residents up for state board, commission appointments

SALEM — Gov. Tina Kotek submitted a list of state board and commission appointments to the Oregon Senate for confirmation, and three Eastern Oregon residents are up for consideration.
The area nominees are from Morrow, Umatilla and Union counties. The governor selected the following:
Matt Crowell, a detective with the Boardman Police Department, to serve on the Governor’s Child Foster Care Advisory Commission.
Nicole Pantley, former director of the Pendleton Treatment Center, so serve on the State Board of Licensed Social Workers.
Stu Spence, the director of La Grande Parks and Recreation to serve on the Parks and Recreation Commission.
None are reappointments.
