Allison Harvey to lead La Grande Main Street Downtown

LA GRANDE — La Grande Main Street Downtown has a new executive director.

Allison Harvey steps into the role beginning Jan. 12.

“We can’t wait for you to meet her and to welcome her into the La Grande community,” the downtown organization announced on Facebook.

Harvey brings more than seven years of business development, nonprofit leadership, community outreach and program coordination to the position, according to the announcement. Her experience includes building strong partnerships, supporting workforce development, leading volunteer teams and creating programs to strengthen local communities.

Harvey succeeds Sarah Marcotte, who joined La Grande Main Street Downtown in January 2024.

La Grande Main Street Downtown is a nonprofit organization that works closely with businesses, members and local groups to revitalize the downtown area.
