OSP cites Washington man in Union County for reckless driving

UNION COUNTY — Oregon State Police on March 1 in Union County arrested a Washington man after stopping him speeding on Interstate 84 with two juvenile passengers.
OSP reported a trooper around 5:30 p.m. clocked Pena Antonio Pena Cardona, 36, of Renton, Washington, driving at 100 mph on I-84 near milepost 283 while passing cars on the right and not using turn signals.
According to state police, he did not have a driver’s license and there were two young juveniles in the car with him. OSP arrested Pena Cardona for reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person then cited and released him.
