La Grande Police Department

Arrested: Angella Farrell Thamert, 41, Elgin, was arrested on a parole and probation detainer for an alleged parole violation.

Arrested: Katrina Lynn Andrews, 39, unknown address, was arrested on a charge of fourth-degree assault.

Arrested: Damian Joseph Hurst, 18, La Grande, was arrested on charges of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), second-degree disorderly conduct and was cited on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Arrested: Brandon Noel Colton, 40, unknown address, was arrested on a Union County parole and probation detainer.

Arrested: Ricky Jo Helton, 28, La Grande, was arrested on a charge of trespassing.

Union County Sheriff

Arrested: Alexandra Cassandra Kathleen Lynn Braatz, 31, Olympia, Washington, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of contempt of court.

Arrested: Isabelle Marie Sauers, 18, Elgin, was cited on a charge of harassment.

Accident: Nobody was injured in a traffic accident Sunday at Albany Street and Island Avenue. The accident was reported at 12:14 p.m.

Arrested: Richard Allen Perry, 53, unknown address, was arrested on a Union County warrant charging failure to appear in court on charges of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.

Arrested: A juvenile was arrested on an Ada County (Idaho) warrant charging failure to appear in court on a charge of larceny.

Arrested: Kayla Marie Ruth Johnson, 31, unknown address, was arrested on a Union County warrant charging a probation violation. The alleged probation violation was connected to an original charge of contempt of court.

Arrested: Jacqueline Marie Phillips, 65, unknown address, was arrested on two Clackamas County warrants. One warrant charged distribution of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and a second warrant charged parole absconder.

Cited: Luis Alberto Ortiz, 28, Cove, was cited on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief.

Oregon State Police

Accident: Nobody was injured in a two-vehicle traffic accident Sunday morning on an exit ramp between Interstate 84 and Highway 203, The accident was reported at 10:48 a.m.

Accident: Nobody was injured in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 84 in the La Grande area Sunday morning. The accident was reported at 4:38 a.m.

La Grande Fire Department

La Grande Fire and Ambulance crews responded to eight calls for medical assistance on Sunday, 11 on Saturday and 12 on Friday.
