LA GRANDE — The first baby of 2024 has arrived at Grande Ronde Hospital.

Aziel Jeffers at 9:37 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3, joined his parents, Lilly Naiser and Aaron Jeffers, along with older brothers Cayden, 4, and Conri, 2, reported a press release from the hospital.

To celebrate his arrival, the GRH Auxiliary presented Aziel’s family with a gift basket filled with diapers and gifts on Jan. 4.

The baby was also given a quilt from the Quilt Questers.
