Lena Carper, formerly of Wallowa County, died March 3, 2024, in Fossil. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 4, at 10 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Elgin. Later that day, a graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. at the Lostine Cemetery.
