FRIDAY, APRIL 5

11:39 a.m. La Grande police and the Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a disturbance on the 2800 block of Maple Street in La Grande. The situation was determined to be only verbal in nature and the subjects separated.

11:45 a.m. La Grande police took a call about harassment on the 1600 block of Fourth Street. An officer logged the information.

12:14 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a dog bite at Riverside Park in La Grande.

1:34 p.m. La Grande police arrested Randie Renee Koller Hennings, 21, for harassment and disorderly conduct.

1:37 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office received a call about harassment on the 400 block of South Sixth Avenue in Elgin. A deputy reached out and explained the options available.

5:12 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a theft at Walmart in Island City. A deputy made contact and took the information.

5:38 p.m. La Grande police responded to the Riveria Activity Center for a call of an assault and took a report.

6:26 p.m. La Grande police took a report of a dog bite on the 400 block of G Avenue.

6:35 p.m. A caller informed the Union County Sheriff’s Office about a runaway from the 300 block of East Delta Street in Union. A deputy attempted to make contact and took a report.

7:26 p.m. La Grande police responded to the Exxon on Island Avenue for shoplifting and took a report.

SATURDAY, APRIL 6

12:47 a.m. A Union County sheriff’s deputy self-dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance at Walmart in Island City. The parties were separated.

9:34 a.m. Oregon State Police cited Douglas Jay Scott, 41, in lieu of lodging on a Union County citation to appear warrant for resisting arrest.

11:19 a.m. A caller told La Grande police about a suspicious vehicle on the 3100 block of Q Avenue. Officers responded and trespassed one individual.

1:28 p.m. La Grande police received a call about telephonic harassment on the 1000 block of Frontier Court. An officer reached out and explained the available options.

2:08 p.m. La Grande police took a report of fraud at String of Hearts Tattoo.

2:53 p.m. La Grande police received a call about a suspicious vehicle near the Smokehouse Restaurant. An officer responded and explained the options available.

3:47 p.m. A caller told the Union County Sheriff’s Office about criminal mischief on the 10700 block of South Walton Road in Island City. A deputy reached out and took the information.

5:03 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office received a call about a disturbance on the 200 block of East Center Street in Union. A deputy responded and determined no crime had been committed.

6:12 p.m. A caller informed La Grande police about telephonic harassment on the 100 block of Willow Street. An officer made contact and took the information.

10:40 p.m. La Grande police received a call about a disturbance at H Ave Storage. Officers responded and separated the parties.

11 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2400 block of Riddle Road in La Grande for a disturbance. A deputy counseled the subject.

SUNDAY, APRIL 7

8:19 a.m. La Grande police took a report of a theft on the 2300 block of Watson Road.

8:48 a.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office received a request for contact about dogs at large on the 52200 block Highway 237 in North Powder.

10:38 a.m. A caller told the Union County Sheriff’s Office about dogs at large near the National Guard Armory in La Grande. Law enforcement logged the information.

10:56 a.m. La Grande police arrested Marla Moehling, 54, of La Grande, on two counts of second-degree theft.

11:42 a.m. La Grande police received a call about suspicious circumstances on the 1700 block of Jefferson Avenue. An officer responded and referred the situation to a parking enforcement officer for follow-up.

12:03 p.m. A caller told La Grande police about a domestic disturbance on the 2800 block of Third Street. Officers responded and separated the parties.

12:03 p.m. La Grande police received a call about drug paraphernalia found on the 600 block of Third Street. An officer responded and took a report.

12:46 p.m. During a field interrogation at Adams Avenue and Hemlock Street, La Grande police arrested Amy Louise Williams, 47, on a probation and parole detainer.

1:54 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office responded to Cove for a call about a dog bite. The responding deputy took a report and an animal enforcement officer was advised.

2:09 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a theft on the 700 block of Cedar Street in Elgin.

7:29 p.m. A caller told La Grande police about people recklessly riding bicycles at Adams Avenue and Cherry Street. Officers responded and warned the riders for disorderly conduct.

8:16 p.m. Union County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nickolas Riley Leonard, 19, on a Union County warrant with original charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, first-degree theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

8:44 p.m. La Grande police took a report of a runaway on the 2300 block of O Court.
