Dawn Murphy-Lewis, 69, of La Grande, died Jan. 2, 2022. Her mother, Ruth Regnier, 92, also of La Grande, died Jan 27, 2022. An open house joint celebration of their lives will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023, from 3-5 p.m. at the Northeast Oregon Public Transit Hub conference room, La Grande.
