Edwin Eugene “Gene” Fullmer, 86, of La Grande, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023, at Grande Ronde Hospital. A viewing will be held from 9-9:45 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Feb. 11 at the Island City Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. An obituary will be published at a later time. Arrangements are by Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
