Amy Schaffeld, 35, of Joseph, died Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2023, at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. A celebration of her life will be held Aug. 19 at 11 a.m. at the Enterprise Christian Church. An obituary will be published at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
