College volleyball: No. 1 EOU rolls to 10-0

LA GRANDE — The top-ranked Eastern Oregon volleyball team encountered little resistance in downing Multnomah University, 25-13, 25-14, 25-21 at home Friday, Sept. 8.

Sade Williams led the EOU attack with 11 kills and a .250 hitting percentage while Kiauna Mack and Ashton Haughton added six kills apiece. Alexis McMurtrey orchestrated the offense with 17 kills.
The Lions were paced by Jocelynn Porter and Tamia Allen-Greggs who had seven and six kills, respectively
The sweep improved the Mountaineers to 10-0 on the season and are back in action Sept. 9 against Warner Pacific University at 5 p.m.
