Mary “Cathy” Nowak, 67, of Union, died Sept. 2, 2023, at Grande Ronde Hospital. A celebration of her life will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show Clubhouse, Union. Arrangements are under the direction of Loveland Funeral Chapel & Crematory, La Grande.
